Responsible Body

Metropolitan School Frankfurt is designed as a state authorized alternative school (‘Ersatzschule’). It is registered as a non profit company (Metropolitan School Frankfurt gemeinnützige GmbH) and is managed by Peter Ferres, the school’s founder and Managing Director. This limited company is responsible for the Kindergarten and Primary School organisation, employment of teaching staff and the overall administration of the school.

Parallel to this, there is a limited partnership (GmbH & Co.KG) under the same control which is responsible for all additional services, including before and after school programmes and school holiday activity programmes.
